Order and Payment
Orders can be placed directly on our website or through an authorized distributor. Payment can be made via credit card or bank transfer. All fees are exclusive of taxes, customs duties, and similar charges, which are the client’s responsibility. Overdue amounts will incur interest, and clients will be responsible for any collection-related expenses.
Delivery and Access
Upon payment, reports will be delivered within 12 to 24 working hours if readily available. Custom reports will be delivered as per the agreed timeline. Reports are provided in PDF, Excel, or other formats as specified at the time of order. Physical copies are available upon request and may incur additional shipping charges.
